So the kid and I got back from another Mother Goose & Me story time at the library just a little while ago. I thought I’d see if I could get in here before he did to let everybody know that he didn’t want to play with me today! What a little stinker! That’s not to say that he didn’t have a good time, because he did, but he was way more interested in all of the other kids and their parents. (I think I caught him flirting with one of the women there a few times.) Today’s highlight was definitely getting ahold of the spider puppet (made from a black glove) and playing with that for a good portion of the time. Regardless, everybody had a good time; I just wanted to make sure people heard the real story before he put his “I’m the cutest kid in the world” spin on things.
Well of course he is!
